Do I need to make an appointment?

Booking an appointment is highly recommended so we anticipate your arrival and have an understanding of your issue before you even step in.

How long will my repair take?

Our typical turnaround time is 4–5 business days, depending on how many bikes we’re servicing. For simple fixes like flat tires, we can often help you on the spot. Need it done faster? Ask us about our Express Service option (additional charges may apply).

We have two locations:

How much do your services cost?

Our pricing is competitive and fair, and our reviews on Google and Yelp speak to that. Since every repair is unique, we usually need to see your equipment in person to provide an accurate quote. Swing by the shop and we’ll take great care of you!

What kinds of bikes do you work on?

We work on all types of bikes, including cruisers, mountain bikes, road bikes, kids’ bikes, electric bikes, and electric scooters. No project is too small or too challenging — just bring it in!

What are your business hours?

We’re open every day from 10 AM to 6 PM to make it easy and convenient for you to drop off your bike.

Do you offer pick-up and delivery service?

At the moment, we do not offer pick-up or delivery. You’ll need to bring your bike to one of our shops for service. We’ll make sure it’s worth the trip.
