“This place is awesome. From the moment I walked in I knew my e-bike was in good hands. I initially made a call to see if they repaired e-bikes and Niles who answered the phone said yes. I brought it in for a quick check up since the brake pads seemed to be rubbing against the rotor. The bike was brand new out of the box, but that was no problem for Niles and Beachside Bike & E-Bike Rentals & Repairs. Not only did they fix the problem, but they also recommended I upgrade the stock brakes to hydraulic brakes which I had been wanting to do since I got the bike. All in all it was a pleasurable experience and will be coming back for any future upgrades or routine tuneups.”

Sebastian was able to take a look at it right away with a reasonable diagnostic fee. We left the bike with them and within minutes Sebastian was already calling us back with it fixed. It was one of the easiest transactions I’ve ever had with an established business from beginning to end. Especially if you have an E-bike needing service and got refused by other bike shops, as I did, wasting my time, these guys will solve your problem. And Richard worked hard to get me my bike on the same day and even stayed late so I could get back there on foot. “My road bike derailer broke leaving me in granny gear with 15 miles to go on a busy Sunday afternoon. I found this shop on Google maps and came in expecting I’d need to leave my bike and Uber home. Roberto went above and beyond to fix it and get me back on my ride even though he was alone in the shop and busy with customers coming to drop and pick up bikes. These guys are amazing. I’ll travel the extra distance to come back next time I need service. Highly recommend.”

“The team here was great. Brought my beat up, dirty bike for a tune up after it’s been sitting in my garage for over a year. Robert showed me the different tune up packages, I agreed to one package but he called me later to tell me that my bike didn’t need all the extra checks so he downgraded my package to what it needed. I really appreciated the honesty!! Despite the usual turnover for tunes up is a 2-3 days, Robert finished my bike the next day and I was able to enjoy a nice ride home. Highly recommend!”
